Second Floor:

– King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. It also features a queen pullout sleeper sofa and deck access with views of the neighborhood and city.

Third Floor:

– Master king bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and a standalone tub. Step outside to your private deck and take in the breathtaking Gulf views.

– Bunk bedroom with 4 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for kids to have their own space.

– King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to the private deck overlooking the peaceful neighborhood.

– Additional queen pullout sleeper sofa in the hallway for extra guests.

Guest access

Guests will receive the instructions for their stay a few days before their arrival. Guests have access to the whole property, except for the owners closets, the elevator, and the garage.

Other things to note

– Please note that our property features multiple levels with stairs. The ground level consists of a pool area and backyard. The living room and bedrooms are located on the second and third floors.

– We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance if they are concerned about the possibility of cancelling their stay for any reason. We are unable to act as your insurance agent in case you need to cancel your stay, and we will honor our cancellation policy. However, in the event of a mandatory evacuation from the island due to a hurricane, we will issue a full refund.

– Guests are required to sign our rental agreement and pool liability waiver within 48 hours of booking.
