The space

Situated in the only gated beachfront neighborhood of Galveston, Sunrise on the Beach offers both seclusion and convenience to the island’s main attractions and cruise terminals. With 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and two remarkable deck areas for enjoying breathtaking sunsets and sunrises over the Gulf, this retreat is ideal for family vacations, escapes, and those seeking a tranquil yet luxurious connection with the island.

Main floor:
Enter the home to find a spacious main level featuring a bright and airy living area, open-design kitchen with high-end appliances, and dining space. The stunning deck offers a panoramic view of the Gulf and includes plenty of seating and a grill for guest enjoyment. The custom bunk room, complete with built-in bunks for six (2 twin over queen bunks), provides a cozy space for the little ones. The second bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed and a full bath with a walk-in shower.

Second level:
The second level features 3 bedrooms. The master suite offers a large king bed and en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and walk-in shower. This bedroom also offers access to the beautiful deck overlooking the Gulf with a comfy bed swing. Two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed, are separated by a shared full bath, featuring a combination tub/shower. The queen bedroom has access to the exterior deck overlooking the beautiful neighborhood.

Cupola:
Up another flight of stairs to the cupola/office, where a queen sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements, ideal for accommodating extra guests or providing a dedicated workspace with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Ground level:
On the ground level, you’ll find a large bar area with a wine fridge, perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day at the beach. Our guests are also able to enjoy the expansive yard, where beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs are provided for guest use.

Guest access
Guests will receive the instructions for their stay a few days before their arrival. Guests have access to the whole property, except for the owner’s closet and the garage.
